Waterwatch© is a proprietary program provided by Pencilbrook LLC. Pencilbrook is an energy and water efficiency consultancy based in the Boston, MA area. Principals are Mick Fiato and Mike Lints, Sc.D.

Fiato and Lints have decades of experience in the energy and water efficiency industry. Clients include energy companies, state and local governments, muncipal water suppliers and large customers.

Ron Northcutt, software and web developer, is responsible for Waterwatch© web content - design and implementation.  Ron's skills were acquired by his work in residential realty communications technology .

John Burke, the Waterwatch© business development mentor, has a solid career of leading similar initiatives for a variety of ventures with leading edge solutions - from web-based reverse auctions, to automated vendor referencing.

The Waterwatch© methodology is derived from a program, also built by Lints and Fiato, that models residential energy consumption.
